Ordering & Production
1. What’s the deal with your products? Are they in stock?
Great question! To reduce waste and ensure top quality, every piece of Buxtox gear is custom-printed for you by our expert partners in the USA after you place an order. So while we don’t have a giant warehouse of pre-made stock, you get a fresh, brand-new item made just for you.
2. What payment methods do you accept, and is it secure?
We accept all major credit/debit cards via Stripe and also PayPal. And yes, it’s 100% secure. Our entire site is SSL-encrypted, and we never see or store your full credit card information. Check out our Payment Policy for all the details.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Since every item is custom-printed, you can only cancel an order if it has not yet entered the production phase. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change, and we’ll do our best to help.
Shipping & Delivery
4. Where are your products made and shipped from?
All of our gear is proudly printed in and shipped from our network of production partners located within the USA.
5. How long will my order take to arrive?
Our total delivery time is a combination of production and shipping. You can typically expect your order to arrive within 7-11 business days. For a full breakdown, please see our Shipping Policy.
6. How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate of $7.99 for orders under $199. For all orders $199 or more, shipping is FREE!
7. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a USPS, UPS, and FedEx tracking number. Just give it 24-48 hours to activate, and you can follow your package’s journey to you.
Returns & Issues
8. What’s your return policy?
We have a 30-day “change of heart” return window. All returns are handled conveniently at our US-based return address. For the full game plan, please read our complete Refund and Returns Policy.
9. My gear arrived damaged or the print is wrong. What now?
Uh oh! While our print partners are pros, mistakes can happen. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few clear photos of the issue. We’ll work with our partners to get a free replacement or a full refund heading your way ASAP.
Product & Care
10. How do I find the right size?
The best way to get your perfect fit is to check the size chart located on each product page. We recommend comparing those measurements to a favorite shirt you already own.
11. How should I wash my new gear?
To keep your gear looking awesome, we recommend machine washing cold, inside-out, with like colors, and either tumble drying on low or hanging it to dry. Avoid ironing directly on the print.
