Refund and Returns Policy

At Buxtox, we stand behind our gear and want you to be thrilled with your order. If for any reason you have a change of heart or something isn’t quite right, we’ve designed a return process that is straightforward and fair.

The 30-Day “Change of Heart” Window

We offer a 30-day return window for most items, starting from the day your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed since you received your gear, the window for a return has officially closed.

The Return Playbook: 3 Simple Steps

  1. Give Us a Heads-Up: Before sending anything back, please shoot an email to our support team at contact@buxtox.com. Make sure to include your order number and a brief reason for the return.

  2. Get Your Game Plan: Our team will review your request. You will receive detailed return instructions and our US-based return address via email within 1–2 business days.

  3. Ship It Back: Once you have your instructions, package your item and send it on its way to the US address provided in our email. You cover the cost for this domestic trip, and we highly recommend using a trackable service.

The Ground Rules: Return Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in brand-new, original condition: unworn, unwashed, and ready for its next owner. Items must be free of stains (e.g., makeup, deodorant), odors (e.g., perfume, smoke), or pet hair, and all original tags must still be attached (if applicable).

  • Please include proof of purchase (your order number is perfect).

Non-Returnable Items: Please note that certain items, such as gift cards or any products marked as “Final Sale,” cannot be returned.

The Bottom Line: Costs & Refunds

  • Refunds: Once your return is received at our facility, we will inspect the item(s), typically within 2-3 business days. We’ll then send you an email to let you know it’s been approved. Your refund will then be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to officially post the refund to your account.

  • Return Shipping Costs: For “change of heart” returns, you are responsible for the return shipping fee. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Restocking Fees?: Nope. We don’t do those. Ever.

  • Exchanges (Different Size or Color): We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to follow our standard return process (see “The Return Playbook” above) for a refund on your original item, and then place a new order for the correct size or color.

Uh Oh! When It’s Our Mistake

Our US print partners are excellent, but nobody’s perfect. If your gear arrives damaged, misprinted, or is just the plain wrong product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@buxtox.com.

  2. Include your order number and a few clear photos of the issue.

  3. We’ll coordinate with our production partner to get a free replacement or a full refund heading your way as quickly as possible, with all costs on us.

Need to Hit ‘Undo’? Order Cancellations

Changed your mind right after ordering? Contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t hit the production floor yet, we can cancel it for a full refund.
